Arabic is not a plugin
Arabic is designed in from the first screen and the first intent, dialects included. Not bolted on after the English version ships.
About lineZed
lineZed exists because the gap between a contact center product and a working customer experience is bigger than the demo suggests. Somebody has to close it.
Our story
Most organizations have already bought the software. What they are missing is the layer that makes it work: the integration into core systems, the Arabic that actually sounds like Arabic, the routing logic that reflects how the business really operates, and the team that stays after go-live.
We build that layer. We implement and integrate contact center platforms, we build AI automation that finishes work instead of deflecting it, and we develop the custom software around both. One team owns the conversation from the customer's first message to the record it leaves in your systems.
We work with organizations across the region and beyond, in Arabic and English, on the platforms they already trust.
What we hold to
01
Arabic is designed in from the first screen and the first intent, dialects included. Not bolted on after the English version ships.
02
Handle time, resolution rate, cost per contact. If the numbers do not move, the project did not work, whatever the status report says.
03
The people who scope your integration are the people who build it. No gap between the promise and the pull request.
04
Documented, testable, and yours. You should be able to run it without us, and choose to keep us anyway.
Events
We would rather have a technical conversation than send a brochure.
